Our Challenge
As The Knowledge House (TKH) approached its 10th anniversary, they turned to Purple Haus for expert guidance in resetting their communication strategy, amplifying their stories of impact and innovation, and positioning them for future growth. We helped them reengage partners and supporters in all regions, share progress on their pivots towards AI and emerging technology, and their reignite support for their mission to close the economic divide in low-income communities through on-ramps to technology careers.
Our Approach
Over a six-month engagement with The Knowledge House, Danielle Kristine Toussaint served as a fractional Chief External Affairs Officer and worked closely with the CEO and functional leaders to develop a comprehensive external communications and engagement strategy, anchored to marking the milestone 10th Anniversary year.
After conducting a thorough assessment of their existing marketing and communication systems and brand positioning, we develop a set of strategic recommendations to not only address immediate needs but also set them up for long-term success. We worked with the team in an embedded, ongoing way to provide day-to-day external affairs support and lead long-term planning with executive leadership, staff members, and consultants.
We partnered with external-facing leaders across the organization to evolve their brand messaging, ensuring that their vision for growth, innovation, and impact was a throughline in all marketing and partnership materials. Additionally, we led on content curation and copywriting for all executive communications, with a keen focus on integrating TKH's commitment to AI and emerging technologies into the narrative, positioning the CEO as a forward-thinking leader in closing the digital divide.
